Mimi Hall

Mimi has nearly two decades of experience as a public-sector health services administrator working to improve community health through innovation, strategic planning, meaningful collaborations and effective implementation of policy. Ms. Hall has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and Master’s in Public Health from University of Hawaii at Manoa.


Brendan Louthen

Brendan obtained his BA in Public Health at California State University, Monterey Bay and his AS in Human Services at Cabrillo College. His experience entails lifestyle coaching for diabetes prevention, health education and promotion through community outreach and associated administrative tasks. Brendan was raised in Aptos and currently resides with his wife and daughter in Marina.
