I was born in Zamora, Michoacán, and immigrated to Salinas at the age of 14. My journey has given me a deep appreciation for community, resilience, and the importance of access to opportunities. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services with a concentration in Social Work from Cal State Monterey Bay. With a passion for helping others, I have built a career that combines leadership, community engagement, and youth development. I am committed to supporting individuals and families by connecting them with resources, fostering growth, and creating positive change within the community I serve.
