Amanda Maroudas graduated from San Jose State in 2018 and majored in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics. Amanda completed her internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical. She has also volunteered at community centers (food banks/food pantries) since she was 13 years old. Her plan is to obtain her Master’s Degree in Public Health. Amanda is passionate about nutrition education because she loves cooking and recipe development.
