Victor moved to Monterey County in 2015 and has been involved in the nonprofit sector ever since. He has a passion for helping those in need and is an advocate for public safety and food insecurity. He has a background in project and operations management and over six years of experience in creating and overseeing community-based projects. He is currently working on getting his PMP & black belt Lean Six Sigma certificates. He is excited to join the Community Health Trust and help develop new projects that will benefit the community and support the existing programs like the Community Gardens and El Mercado.
