Watsonville, California – Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley (CHT) in partnership with the City of Watsonville, held the first-ever Rally in the Pajaro Valley, a fundraising softball tournament on Saturday, August 21 – Sunday, August 22 at Watsonville High School.
The softball tournament was well received, with participating teams playing competitively throughout the weekend to the delight of their fans. As a result of the outpouring of support for the event, CHT is pleased to announce funds raised amounted to a $1,000 donation to the charity of choice of the participating teams, Azteca’s Youth Soccer Academy. “Azteca’s is changing the lives of at-risk youth, providing them a healthy, positive outlet. CHT proudly supports this organization,” said DeAndre’ James, Executive Director for CHT. “We are pleased with the outcome of our event and have received positive feedback from attendees. I look forward to next year’s Rally in the Pajaro Valley Tournament.”
