Watsonville, California – The Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley is pleased to announce the release of our 2021-2022 Request for Grant Proposals, open to nonprofit organizations working toward a more equitable Pajaro Valley where health, wellness, and full quality of life are accessible to all.
Through our grantmaking, the Community Health Trusts aims to build health equity and
promote wellness for all community members. These goals reflect our 2020-2023 STRATEGIC PLAN, which focuses on driving significant impact in a changing health environment. In the 2021-22 grant cycle, we will prioritize impact as we seek to distribute $15,000 grants to organizations whose work aligns with our goals.
