Make a Difference for Future Generations
You can leave a legacy that helps promote health and wellbeing now and into the future, particularly for those in need. There are several ways to give:
- Entrust your gift to one of our endowments. Our endowments exist to ensure that revenue is generated to support the work of the Community Health Trust in perpetuity.
- Make a planned gift that fits your life circumstances. Gifts via wills and living trusts are easy to arrange and may be changed at any time you choose. Please consult with your attorney or financial advisor for guidance specific to your situation but the following language may be helpful: “I hereby give, devise and bequeath ________________ to the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust d.b.a Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley, a nonprofit organization located at 85 Nielson Street, Watsonville, CA 95076, Federal Tax ID #94-1149702, for the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust’s general use and purpose.”
