Maira Ramirez

Maira was born in Santa Cruz and raised in Watsonville. She has always been interested in understanding the “entire picture” understanding how the pieces come together, consequently the reason why she has been in accounting for nearly two decades. For the last 16 years, Maira worked for a private corporation, 8 out of 16 years she oversaw the AP and GL department. She has learned operations, cost accounting, supply chain, logistics, and management.

Maira is passionate about organization, due diligence, record keeping, processes & procedures. She has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting. CHT’s mission and values align with who she is as a person, for this reason, Maira decided to pursue the opportunity to further her career with an organization that educates, serves, and partners with the community.
